Jim Jenson is a Colorado native for the majority of his life. For the past 20 years, he's taken a sharp interest in all aspects of the computing industry. Jim's previous mechanical background provides the insight of how things work mechanically. When this is coupled with his current knowledge of the computer software, Jim offers a vast array of abilities to troubleshoot issues both hardware and software as well as putting together plans for new initiatives.
Jim took his interest in computers and pursued his Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. This degree provided him with computer skills, but equally as important, a communication style that really adds value to the customer experience. Jim can translate that "geek speak" into something all of us can understand. Christy Jenson moved to Colorado from Nebraska at an early age. Even before she finished high school, Christy knew that she wanted to be a part of the computer industry. Christy bought her first computer before leaving high school and used it not only to pursue and complete her Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, but she also used this same computer to learn about the foundational operating systems and how they work. From there, Christy has worked for a handful of large companies in their IT departments including RR Donnelley, Comstor, Westcon, and Larimer County Government. Through these careers, Christy was afforded the opportunity to learn about many disciplines in the computer field, including the Server environment (Microsoft, Unix and Novell), She's become an expert with Servers, Printers, and Malware, including Antivirus, Antispyware, RootKits and Hijacks. Christy's taken this knowledge and implemented some major project initiatives at her former employers and has a great mind for project management.
