OUR LOCATION - We at A Through Z Computing don't have the traditional Storefront that you might see with some other IT Vendors. This translates into a cost savings that we pass along to you. We do have a location to service computers, if you prefer to use our drop-off or pick-up service. Alternately, we offer on-site service at your location. In some cases we prefer to troubleshoot the problem in its native environment. This means we are certain that your system will be back up and operational at your location, where it means the most. We'll discuss these options with you when you call and determine which option fits best.
YOUR SITE - We understand that moving your computer can sometimes be a huge hassle. If this is the case, we'll come to your location to service your computer and there is no need for you to unplug anything. Our technicians come with all of the necessary tools to help fix your problem or perform the necessary upgrade to your current system or infrastructure.
DISTANCE SUPPORT - Probably one of our most convenient services we offer is support without an on-site visit or bringing your computer to us. We have specialized software that allow us to control your computer over the Internet to tune up your computer(s), fix most of the issues you have, or provide any other services that we offer which doesn't require an on-site visit. You must be able to get online and be at your computer to "let us in" for this type of support so it's safe for you and for us.
